MyTourney (https://mytourney.in) is an online service for running football tournaments, operated by Abana Kapadia, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Organisers can create tournaments, add teams and players, generate fixtures, enter scores, and share a public page with standings, results and knockout brackets. Anyone with the link can view a tournament's public page. Organisers can choose whether a tournament is listed on our Discover page.

You must give a real name and a working email address, and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account and pay for a tournament.

Each tournament is a one-time payment, based on its format: League ₹2,500, Knockout ₹3,500, Groups + Knockout ₹5,000 (prices include any applicable taxes). You pay before the tournament is created. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Coupons, where offered, are subject to their own limits and expiry dates, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change prices for new tournaments; a price change never affects a tournament you have already paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for the tournament details, team names, player names and results you enter. Only add people's names if you are entitled to, and do not enter anything unlawful, offensive or misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights (for example, another club's logo or trademark without permission).

You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to store it and display it on your tournament's public page, in link previews when you share it, and on the Discover page if you leave it listed.

We may hide or remove content, or suspend an account, that breaks these terms.

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, access other people's tournaments or data, or use the service for anything unlawful.

We work to keep MyTourneyrunning and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. There may be occasional downtime or errors. Standings and brackets are calculated from the scores the organiser enters; the organiser is responsible for the final results of their tournament.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost income or a match that could not be played), and our total liability to you for any tournament is limited to the amount you paid for that tournament.

You can stop using MyTourney at any time; email us to delete your account and tournaments. We may close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
