Privacy Policy

MyTourney (https://mytourney.in) is operated by Abana Kapadia, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to mytourney.in@gmail.com.

• Account details: your name, club name, email address and password (stored encrypted; we cannot read it).
• Tournament content: tournament names, team and player names, fixtures, grounds, scores, goalscorers and cards that organisers enter.
• Payment records: the amount paid, the format bought, any coupon used, and the Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting providers to run and secure the site.

• To run your account and your tournaments, and to show each tournament's public page.
• To take payments, issue refunds and keep payment records required by law.
• To send account emails, such as confirming your sign-up or resetting your password.
• To answer support requests and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your information, and we do not show ads.

A tournament's public page, including team names, player names, goalscorers, cards and results, can be seen by anyone with the link, and on the Discover page if the organiser leaves it listed. Organisers should only add players who are happy to appear there. A player who wants their name removed can ask the organiser or email us.

Only the service providers we need to run MyTourney:

• Razorpay: payment processing
• Supabase: database and sign-in
• Vercel: website hosting
• Resend: sending account emails

Some of these providers may store data outside India. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We use your browser's storage only to keep you signed in and to remember small settings (such as a collapsed checklist). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your account and tournaments while your account is open. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing mytourney.in@gmail.com. We reply within 7 days. This is in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
