Refund & Cancellation Policy

MyTourney charges a one-time fee per tournament, based on its format: League ₹2,500, Knockout ₹3,500, Groups + Knockout ₹5,000 (prices include any applicable taxes). There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.

You can cancel and get a full refundat any time before your tournament's start date. If you have not set a start date, you can get a full refund at any time before the first match of the tournament kicks off or has a score entered.

Once the tournament has started, the fee is not refundable, because the tournament has been used.

If money was deducted but your tournament was not created, or you were charged more than once for the same tournament, we will refund the extra or failed amount in full, whatever the date. Send us the Razorpay payment ID shown on screen or in your payment confirmation.

Email mytourney.in@gmail.com from the email address on your MyTourney account, with the tournament name and your payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

When a tournament is refunded, it is removed from your account and its public page stops working.

If you paid a discounted price with a coupon, the refund is the amount you actually paid. Tournaments created free with a 100% coupon have no payment to refund.
